Production Operative

We’re recruiting 4 Productivity Operatives for immediate starts in the Bradford BD4 area. Weekly pay through the agency and after permanent.

Hours

• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Overtime available (voluntary, not mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

• Operating within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
• Assisting with machine operation and production processes
• Handling goods in/out as required
• Maintaining quality and safety standards
• Supporting team targets and production output

Essential / Desirable Skills

• Previous experience as a Production Operative (advantageous, not essential)
• Background in manufacturing, machine operation, goods out, or textiles
• Willingness to learn – full training provided
