Floating Support Worker: Community & Home

Corus Consultancy in Ilford is looking for a Floating Support Worker to assist clients with complex needs. This role includes managing a caseload of clients, developing personalized action plans, and providing support to help clients achieve independence.

The position requires excellent communication and understanding of underlying issues faced by clients. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders while ensuring high-quality risk assessment and management plans are in place.

This temporary position covers 37.5 hours per week, with travel expenses eligible for reimbursement.
