Hours

  • Full-time, Monday to Saturday on a rotating shift pattern

The role of Customer Service Advisor:

  • Managing inbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Resolving customer queries and providing accurate information
  • Updating customer records and account information on internal systems
  • Escalating complex enquiries where appropriate
  • Meeting individual and team performance targets
  • Delivering a consistently high level of customer service
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across departments

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Competent IT skills and confidence using multiple systems
  • Positive, customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre environment (desirable)
  • Experience using CRM systems or customer databases (desirable)
