Youth Behaviour Support Mentor – Build Confidence in Teens

Aspire People in Liverpool is looking for a Behaviour Support Mentor to help young people rebuild confidence and resilience in an Alternative Provision setting. The role involves supporting students aged 11-16 who face challenges, through building trusting relationships and providing emotional support.

Ideal candidates have backgrounds in youth work or mentoring, are calm and empathetic, and wish to make a difference. The position offers term-time hours, ongoing training, and a supportive team environment.
