Birmingham City Council is seeking a Careline Operator to join its dynamic frontline service. The role involves providing vital support to approximately 9,000 citizens. You will assist in delivering a high-quality response service for vulnerable citizens during emergencies, working on a rotating 24/7 shift pattern.
The position requires monitoring technology-enabled care equipment, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a responsive service. Experience in technology-enabled care is beneficial but not essential. This is a permanent role.
