If you live outside of Scunthorpe, a Driving Licence and vehicle would be required as due to the location, public transport is not available at the correct times.
You will have a FIXED rota of 4 days on and 2 days off. This includes 2 morning shifts (07:00 – 14:30) and 2 afternoon shifts (13:45 – 22:00).
This is a rewarding, fulfilling and important role and an opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of the people who live at Dragonby Road.
Due to current workforce planning requirements, we are currently prioritising applications from candidates with indefinite leave to remain or settled status in the UK, but we continue to welcome applications from all candidates regardless of their sponsorship/settled status.
About You
We are looking for Support Workers who have a ‘can do’ attitude, outgoing and caring but have a calm demeanor when needed. You don’t have to have experience but just the right attitude and share our values.
We will ensure you receive first class training when you join us and throughout your career at Hesley Group. We will support you with progression opportunities throughout your career with us. We will support you through your Level2 qualification so you become a fully qualified Support Worker.
