Landscape Services Assistant

About the Role
As an NTU Landscape Services Assistant you will be part of the in‑house Estates team that supports and enables the safe, compliant and efficient operation of the university estate. The role is varied and diverse, with day‑to‑day duties ranging from ensuring that our estate is safe, operational, and visually pleasing, through to supporting the delivery of key University events such as open days and graduation ceremonies.
Working as part of an agile team, you will undertake a wide range of horticultural and landscape duties including:
- Lawn care
- Planting and pruning
- Seasonal displays
- Maintenance of trees, hedges, and shrubs
- Contribute to the preparation and upkeep of both natural and synthetic sports surfaces and indoor planting schemes
You will also play an important role in helping the University maintain its Green Flag Award standards, ensuring our outdoor spaces meet nationally recognised benchmarks for quality, sustainability and environmental management.
