£29,500 – £31,500 per annum DOE – 40 hours per week.

As an Assistant Manager, you won’t just assist; you’ll be a key part of our leadership team in store. You will lead, inspire, and develop your team to deliver KFC’s world-famous fried chicken and exceptional customer service as we transform the UK’s rest-stop experience.

What you will be doing

• Support the day-to-day management and operation of your unit and colleagues: driving sales, unit budget and P&L, delivering brand standards, Health & Safety and recruitment.
• Drive consistent high-quality customer service.
• Report to the Restaurant Manager, feeding back on potential issues, progress and overall performance.

Skills & Knowledge

• Understanding of maximising profit by driving sales and controlling costs.
• Ability to build strong and positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Adhering to and ensuring delivery of brand standards.
• Emerging track record in managing and leading teams in a high-volume, retail or catering brand environment.
• Efficient and productive manager, ensuring delivery of tasks in an effective and timely manner.
