Job Description:

Summary

Jump‑start your career while earning a well‑regarded qualification as a Customer Service Apprentice. You will be part of an award‑winning team focused on delivering exceptional service for water supply and billing issues. The apprenticeship offers a structured 24‑month programme with group workshops, individual training, and on‑the‑job learning, leading to a permanent position upon successful completion.

Main responsibilities

  • Complete the Customer Service Level 3 apprenticeship pathway.
  • Develop knowledge of the customer service area, business processes, data protection, regulatory compliance, and attendance requirements.
  • Build relationships with peers, colleagues, and customers to resolve problems and enhance the team environment.
  • Proactively seek information and resources to deepen your skills and knowledge to enable progression.
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings and training sessions.

Skills / Qualifications / Experience

  • Achieved GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4/C (or equivalent).
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • A passion for serving others and delivering high‑quality service.
  • Good time‑management skills to complete the apprenticeship.
  • Confidence in conversing with others and engaging with new and diverse individuals.
  • Goal‑focused and able to overcome difficulties.

Bonus qualifications

  • Experience and understanding of excellent customer satisfaction practices.
