Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize rooms including furnishings in assigned work areas.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness, minimizing disruption to services and users.
- Communicate and engage effectively with service users, their families, and colleagues; demonstrate good interpersonal and working relationship skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to work without direct supervision.
- Use a variety of cleaning products, paying particular attention to COSHH regulated products.
- Work on own initiative and maintain a high level of hygiene within the home.
- Utilise the latest care technology to spend more time with the service users.
We will provide full training, including a leadership programme to support development and progression within Shaw. No prior experience or qualifications are required.
