Bus Driving Instructor & Coach for Trainee Drivers

Arriva is seeking a Bus Driving Instructor to join their training team based in Northfleet. You’ll train provisional licence holders to become fully qualified PCV drivers, ensuring safety and developing key skills through both on-road instruction and classroom sessions.

You will also provide support and coaching to existing drivers, helping them maintain high driving standards. A PCV license held for a minimum of 3 years is essential, along with effective communication skills and a calm approach to training.
