Associate Lecturer in Beauty Therapy

Salary: £26.85 – £41.87 per hour. Variable hours. Working pattern: Thursdays, time To Be Confirmed – 9-5 pm.

Job Summary

Are you an experienced and passionate beauty therapy professional looking to inspire the next generation of beauty therapists? Brighton MET College is seeking an Associate Lecturer to join our vibrant and professional Hair and Beauty team and help shape our students’ future careers in this exciting industry.

Responsibilities

• Teach and assess students, ensuring a high quality of provision.
• Work collaboratively and innovatively with managers and colleagues to design, develop and review curriculum programmes.
• Ensure student needs are met responsively, supporting inclusive learning.

Qualifications

• Level 4 qualification in Beauty Therapy, including laser & IPL.
• Level 2 qualifications in literacy and numeracy.
• Teaching and assessing qualification, or willingness to obtain within 2 years.
