Job Introduction
Learning Support Assistant – Permanent – Part‑time (30.4 hours per week). Full time equivalent salary: £24,796–£25,128 p.a. Term‑time only plus one week (40 weeks). Flexible working patterns considered. Salary for part‑time: £17,873–£18,112 p.a. Grade B.
Responsibilities
- Support pupils’ learning within classroom environments.
- Provide assistance to a range of pupils with differing needs.
- Build strong relationships with pupils.
- Adhere to safeguarding requirements and the school’s safeguarding policy.
Essential Qualifications
- Educated to GCSE Level 4 (or above) OR work experience deemed to bring the role holder to a comparable level.
