Are you a passionate and dedicated primary teacher looking for your next opportunity this September? We are seeking an enthusiastic Year 5 Primary Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive school in Ellesmere Port on a full-time, temporary basis.

The Role

As a Year 5 Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that motivate and support all learners. You will create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to achieve their full potential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
  • Assessing, monitoring and reporting on pupil progress.
  • Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
  • Creating a safe, stimulating and supportive learning environment.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents and carers to support pupil achievement and wellbeing.
  • Contributing positively to the wider school community.

About You

The successful candidate will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Have experience teaching within a primary school setting, ideally Key Stage 2.
  • Demonstrate strong classroom management skills.
  • Be committed to delivering outstanding learning experiences.
  • Possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Have a genuine passion for helping children thrive both academically and personally.
