Job Summary
We are seeking a candidate with experience of supporting young people with mental health and wellbeing needs. The role will focus on working with a large caseload of vulnerable learners, providing individual support and liaising with external agencies and social care to ensure effective multi‑agency collaboration. A key part of the role will involve supporting safeguarding processes to ensure that students are safe and protected. Ideally, candidates will have experience of advocating for students’ needs, coordinating joined‑up support, and helping learners to engage, progress and thrive during their time at college.
We are recruiting roles at the High Pavement and Basford campuses; however, the successful applicant must be flexible to work across all campuses to support the centralised wellbeing team. This is a term‑time only post for 40 weeks of the year, with 4 weeks being worked outside of term time.

- Strong organisational skills
- Confident in using technology
- Able to keep accurate and detailed records
- Manage administrative tasks efficiently
- Good time management, clear communication and a proactive approach to working with both students and professionals
