Caretaker

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organised environment across the site.
• Manage the car park.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Act as a point of contact for clients.
• Support occasional additional duties to contribute to smooth operation of the facility.

Qualifications

• Previous proven experience in general maintenance.
