Behaviour Mentor: 1:1 Support to Re-engage Students

Leader Education is seeking a full-time Behaviour Mentor based in Leeds to support pupils with SEMH and alternative provision needs. The ideal candidate will provide 1:1 mentoring and help students re-engage with education.

The role requires someone calm and resilient, confident in managing challenging behaviours and passionate about supporting vulnerable young people. Training and dedicated support from our consultants will also be provided, ensuring successful integration into roles.
