About the Opportunity

Salary: GBP18 – GBP20 per hour.Relief Sushi Chef – London – 2 week temporary assignment – Start: 16th June. Live out. This is a busy sushi restaurant in Central London. The role will support the kitchen in various sections, from Chef de Partie to Head Chef.

Responsibilities

• Support the client’s kitchen on a temporary basis, ensuring smooth running.
• Perform various kitchen or cooking duties, or be assigned to a specific section.
• Cover positions from Relief Chef de Partie through to Head Chef, and everything in between.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety at all times.
• Remain calm under pressure and conduct yourself professionally at all times.
