Send Teacher

A well-established special school in Birmingham is looking for a full-time qualified Teacher to start immediately. The children are 11‑16 years old with ASC (Autistic Spectrum Conditions), MLD (Moderate Learning Difficulties), and SLCN (Speech, Language and Communication Needs).

Requirements

• At least 6 months’ experience in a school
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required
• A good understanding of how to support children with SEND and create learning programmes for low‑ability students
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work with individuals or small groups of children
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Teamwork and support for a strong, supportive team
