Supply Chain And Logistics Training Programme – The Role

This structured two-year programme is designed for school and college leavers who want to start their career straight away rather than going to university. You will rotate through key operational areas, gaining practical experience and a strong understanding of how global supply chains function.

Supply Chain And Logistics Training Programme – Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with coordinating import and export shipments
  • Support shipping, transport and customs documentation
  • Communicate with customers, suppliers and internal teams
  • Track freight movements and update systems accurately
  • Support compliance with industry and regulatory requirements
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the wider team

Supply Chain and Logistics Training Programme – A Little About You

  • Applicants must hold Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA) Level 6 qualifications, equivalent to Level 3 qualifications in England
  • A minimum of 3 Highers at Grade C or above OR a Scottish Baccalaureate OR a relevant HNC (SCQF Level 7)
  • National 5 English and Maths at Grade C or above
  • Please note: National 4 qualifications alone, non‑SQA recognised qualifications, or experience‑only routes without a recognised Level 6 qualification cannot be considered.
