Salary
Up to £40,000 basic salary, OTE £47,000. Sign‑on bonus of £1,500 from 1st September 2025, payable in stages:
- £750 upon joining
- £250 upon accreditation with Stellantis & You
- £500 after 12 months employment

Role Description
- Ensure quality and a first‑time fix to delight customers every time.
- Complete vehicle health checks to highlight any issues and sell‑up opportunities.
- Communicate with workshop supervision regarding work progress.
- Develop skills and knowledge via regular training, including EV.
- Assist and coach colleagues with technical assistance.
- Maintain a clean and safe work bay.
- Complete MOTs in line with DVSA standards (if on job request).
Qualifications
Candidate should hold an NVQ in Motor Vehicle Technology through IMI or a City & Guilds Level 3 qualification, at a minimum.
Day In The Life
As a Diagnostic Technician, you will be an experienced technician with the ability and passion for diagnosing trickier problems. You will help out other technicians on a daily basis when needed, and be the main person responsible for diagnosing faults. You’ll use specialist tools to diagnose and repair faults, working closely with other technicians and front‑of‑house service advisors to explain vehicle issues and plan the correct maintenance and repairs.
