Key Duties
- Prepare sauces following recipes
- Follow written instructions and recipes accurately
- Complete basic paperwork
- Handle large packages of ingredients
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work area
- Ensure products meet quality and legal standards
- Follow instructions from line leaders
- Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations
Requirements
- Good English communication
- Confident with weighing, counting, and handling ingredients
- Willing to work with shellfish and pork products
- Reliable, motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible and reliable
- Good understanding of workplace rules and expectations
Responsibilities
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately
- Handle raw materials safely (manual handling)
- Operate machinery safely
- Label products correctly
- Maintain high hygiene standards
- Carry out quality checksWork as part of a team and meet deadlines
