Workshop Technician

Workshop Technician – Milton Keynes

Full-time | Permanent. No weekend working.

Salary: £35 000 – £45 000 (DOE) + overtime + bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs across a range of vehicles
• Diagnose faults and complete work efficiently and to a high standard
• Perform vehicle inspections and safety checks
• Work collaboratively with the team to keep workflows smooth and efficient
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Workshop / Vehicle Technician
• NVQ Level 2/3 (or equivalent) preferred
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
• Team player with a positive, can‑do attitude
• Full UK driving licence (preferred)
• MOT Tester licence (advantage but not essential)
