Salary & Hours

Salary: £14.30 per hourSchedule: 22 hours per week, days and nights

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the care team to deliver high‑quality care
• Administer medication safely and accurately
• Monitor residents’ wellbeing and update care records
• Liaise with healthcare professionals and families
• Support residents with personal care, meals, and daily activities
• Ensure the environment remains clean, safe, and welcoming
• Promote dignity, independence, and choice for every resident
• Participate in audits, inspections, and team meetings

Qualifications & Requirements

• Qualified to Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)
• Minimum 6 months of experience as a Senior Care Assistant
• Experience in elderly care or dementia support
• Confident leader with strong supervisory skills
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Excellent communicator and team player
• Willingness to continue learning and developing professionally
