As a Chef, your responsibilities may include:
Preparing and cooking meals to a high standard across various service styles
Supporting the kitchen brigade with mise en place and service prep
Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and food hygiene
Adapting quickly to different menus and kitchen teams
Ensuring food safety and allergen procedures are followed
Food safety Level 2 and allergen awareness certificates
