Peter Campbell Sales Ltd, part of the Rubix Cutting & Machining division, is a leading supplier of high-performance cutting tools and technical machining solutions across the UK. We support a wide range of manufacturing sectors including aerospace, automotive, oil & gas, and precision engineering, helping customers improve productivity, reduce costs and optimise machining performance.
We are currently seeking a driven Internal Sales person to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Generating and following up on customer quotations
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Keeping track of back orders ensuring the order book is delivered on time and in full.
- Supporting the operational team.
- Providing support to the stores team during annual leave coverage
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in an internal sales role
- Knowledge of cutting tools and metal machining processes is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience of Microsoft programmes
- Experience dealing with customers over the phone and by email
