Hours

• Monday to Sunday, 9am–6pm
• Commission included

The role of Sales Assistant:

• Deliver an elevated shopping experience by providing bespoke styling advice and customised solutions tailored to client preferences
• Drive sales and surpass targets using expert product knowledge across Made-to-Order and Ready-to-Wear services
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing, new, and VIP clients
• Stay up to date with fashion trends, seasonal collections, and high-end craftsmanship to provide informed style recommendations
• Act as a mentor to junior associates and provide support during busy periods
• Work closely with store management to ensure retail strategies align with brand standards and maintain the boutique’s luxurious presentation

The ideal Sales Assistant:

• 3 or more years of luxury retail experience with a proven track record of managing VIP clients and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive and self-motivated with strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure during high-traffic periods

This role is with a highly prestigious luxury brand with a focus on Bridal, Ready-to-Wear, and Homeware.
