Luxury Assistant Retail Manager

Overview

Juice Recruitment is excited to be working with a luxury brand, with the appointment of an Assistant Retail Manager to join their team.

You will be supporting the day-to-day running of a luxury jewellery boutique in Clifton. This is a client-facing leadership role focused on delivering exceptional service, driving sales, and maintaining the highest standards in a premium retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Retail Manager in daily operations
• Deliver outstanding, personalised customer service
• Drive sales and support achievement of targets
• Build strong relationships with high-value clients
• Assist with stock control, merchandising, and security
• Handle after-sales service, repairs, and special orders
• Support and mentor junior team members
• Ensure smooth opening/closing of the boutique

About You

• Retail leadership experience, ideally in luxury or premium stores
• Strong sales ability with a client-focused approach
• Professional, polished, and commercially aware
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Confident working in a target-driven environment
