What You’ll Be Doing
As a Sales Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering warm, professional, and personalised service to every customer in a luxury retail environment
- Maintaining the shop floor to the highest standards – clean, tidy, and covered at all times
- Ensuring luxury stock is beautifully presented and replenished daily
- Gaining deep product knowledge and assisting customers with thoughtful aftercare
- Supporting your team in upholding the values of a proud heritage brand
What We’re Looking For
To succeed as a Sales Assistant, you will bring:
- Previous experience in luxury retail, or a strong interest in classic womenswear and a desire to grow within a heritage setting
- A polished, friendly, and professional approach to customer interaction
- A strong eye for detail and pride in store presentation
- Full-time flexibility, including some weekend availability
- Please note: we are not seeking candidates with client books
