Sales Associate – Part Time (24 hours per week), Sheffield
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, offering friendly, knowledgeable service.
- Help customers explore the world of cycling, learning about innovative products.
- Support customers in finding exactly what they need.
- Create warm, meaningful interactions and listen closely to understand each customer’s goals.
- Offer thoughtful recommendations that enhance the customers’ cycling journey.
- Build lasting relationships with riders in the community, encouraging repeat visits.
- Work effectively within a fast‑moving, team‑oriented environment.
- Demonstrate dedication to hospitality, a willingness to learn, and a desire to provide exceptional service.
