Ideal Nannies is seeking a dedicated Rota Nanny to care for three young daughters aged 4.5 years, 3 years, and 9 months, based in the Henley-on-Thames area. The successful candidate will have Norland training or equivalent, and will primarily support the children’s routines and activities, while being active and engaging. The role includes both sole charge and shared care, plus responsibilities like meal preparation and nursery drop-off.

This position offers a great work-life balance with 7 days on and 7 days off, along with access to local activity centers and provision of a private bedroom and bathroom when on duty.
