You will assess and monitor chill chain compliance, produce KPI reports, and support the Shift Leader and Department Manager in daily desk and administrative processes. What you’ll do
- Record KPIs and produce KPI/FLOP reports.
- Proactively liaise with other departments to ensure any delays are clearly communicated.
- Oversee our drivers and recycling contractors to ensure Health and Safety procedures are followed correctly.
- Ensure compliance with legislation standards and corporate guidelines.
What you’ll need
- Administration experience in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
- A keen attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
- The ability to confidently communicate with colleagues and partners.
- Flexibility to work early mornings or late nights when required.
- Excellent computer skills, including Excel and Word.
