Hourly Rate: £12.95 per hour.

Responsibilities

Night Receptionist duties involve providing reception services for guests during night hours to ensure an exceptional experience from check‑in to check‑out and completing audits as required. Key tasks include:

  • Resolve guest queries promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain an efficient reception flow, including check‑in/out and audit procedures.
  • Keep Night Manager and Night Reception Supervisors informed of any guest feedback or inter‑departmental matters.
  • Demonstrate high customer‑service standards at all times.
  • Attend required training and assist with training and development of the night team.
  • Show knowledge of room categories, rates, packages, promotions, and general product information.
  • Use upselling techniques to maximize room occupancy and promote hotel services.
  • Handle foreign currencies, credit cards, and cash according to the credit policy.
  • Follow policies for front‑of‑house equipment and property‑management systems.
  • Adhere to brand standards.
  • Assist other departments as necessary.
