Your new role As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing the commercial aspects of fit-out projects from pre-construction through to final account. Working closely with project managers and site teams, you will ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining high standards.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a Quantity Surveying role within fit-out or construction
- Strong understanding of cost control, procurement, and contract administration
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
