Job Title: Relief Team Leader

Hours: 0 hour contract / as & when required

Location: Rosewood Court, Lisburn

Salary: £15.50 per hour

  • Follow agreed support plans and risk assessments to keep everyone safe
  • Provide practical care with warmth, kindness, and dignity

  • Build strong, respectful relationships with the people we support

You don’t need previous experience, just the right values and a commitment to making a difference.

?? Training and Support

All new staff will receive full training on personal care and positive behaviour support, including how to safely use personal safety techniques in line with our organisational training.
