Gentech Recruitment are looking for Chefs & Cooks to work in the Lisburn area, for our client on a temporary basis with a current placement startingASAP.

The shifts with all be a mixture of early and late shifts and the latest finish would be around 7pm. .

This is located within a security base in Lisburn, so a security check will be required before starting employment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in cooking at some level
• HACCP & Manual handling certs
• As Cook you will have a clean and friendly appearance
• Willingness to work alone or as part of a team
• Good level of spoken & written English
• A full security clearance application form will require completion prior to work

Chef Responsibilities

• Preparing & serving a great standard of food at all times
• Minimising waste and ensuring good stock rotation
• Complete all relevant food safety paperwork
• Prepping sections so the shift is ready for service
• Ensuring that the kitchen area is clean and tidy
