Shop Manager – Wimbledon Village

We’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as the Shop Manager for our Wimbledon Village shop.

Purpose of role

• Meet income generation targets and KPI’s for Gift Aid, volunteers and stock etc.
• To be responsible for the effective operation of the shop.
• Generate sufficient stock to meet targets from donors and other organisations.
• Provide excellent customer service which will in turn maximise sales and profitability.
• Provide management and leadership of paid staff and volunteers.
• Deliver training to staff and volunteers.
• To always represent St. Raphael’s Hospice in a professional manner.

• Experience of managing a gift aid system for donated goods
