We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to join our Core Banking team, reporting directly to the General Manager of Core Banking. This is a high impact role partnering closely with senior leaders to help drive strategic priorities, improve organizational effectiveness, and ensure we execute brilliantly across a complex and fast moving area of the business.
You’ll act as a strategic partner and operational leader, helping create clarity, alignment and momentum across teams. You’ll balance long‑term thinking with hands‑on execution, helping leadership teams make better decisions, move faster, and stay focused on what matters most.
Key role responsibilities
- Acting as a trusted thought partner and strategic partner to the General Manager of Core Banking and wider leadership team
- Driving strategic planning and execution across high priority, cross‑functional initiatives
- Owning and improving leadership operating rhythms, including planning cadences, decision‑making processes, and organizational communications
- Creating visibility across organizational, financial and performance metrics to support prioritization and effective execution
- Identifying operational inefficiencies, resolving blockers, and helping the organization scale effectively
- Building alignment across teams and stakeholders, ensuring strategic decisions translate into meaningful outcomes
We’d love to hear from you if…
- You have experience in strategy, operations, consulting, investment banking, Chief of Staff, or similar environments
- You combine strong strategic thinking with operational excellence and a bias for execution
- You’re highly analytical, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and able to simplify complex problems and information
- You have exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and build trust quickly
- You’re organized, proactive, resilient, and comfortable operating at pace across multiple priorities
- Experience in high growth and/or scale‑up tech companies is a plus
What’s in it for you
Salary: £86,000 – £115,000 plus incentive awards tied to performance.
Location: London.
