Overview
We need a Business Development Manager to help us attract, qualify and sign more home services companies onto our retainer based digital marketing services.
About us
We’ve generated over £25M+ for our 60+ clients & have 40+ video case studies.
We primarily offer high-production video ads management via Meta and have clients in various verticals within UK home services.
Our average client gets over a 25x ROI and we went a full two-year stint without losing a single partner.
We have a team of 6 in the UK with a further 35+ working remotely.
The role is remote, but we have an office in Spinningfields, Manchester, where some of our team work Hybrid, and where we often kick off team socials etc.
About the role
This is a primarily inbound sales role focused on converting qualified leads into signed clients for our marketing services. Leads come through paid media, referrals, partnerships, and founder visibility, this is not a cold-calling role.
We’re looking for somebody commercially confident, organised, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment. The right person should be able to manage conversations independently, close efficiently, and hand clients over cleanly into onboarding and delivery.
Our average sales cycle is around 2-3 weeks.
Long term, this role is intended to grow into a senior position as the business expands across the UK and US.

- Managing pipeline and CRM visibility
- Coordinating handover into onboarding and delivery
- Supporting improvements to sales process and structure

What we’re looking for
- 1-5 years’ experience in B2B sales, business development, or account executive roles
- Experience selling high-ticket services or retainers
- Background in digital marketing, paid media, lead gen, marketing, or similar preferred
- Strong communication and commercial confidence
- Comfortable working with shorter sales cycles and high lead volume
- Organised, proactive, and operationally aware
We’re not looking for somebody who relies heavily on scripts or wants a heavily corporate environment. This role suits somebody who can move quickly, communicate clearly, and operate with a level of autonomy.
You should also be eager to contribute to professional visibility, including LinkedIn content and external-facing communication.
