Consumer Electronics Retail Programme

Ideal Home Location: Within 60 Minutes of Slough

Up to £75,000 Package + Benefits

We are recruiting an Account Manager to lead a high-profile retail sales programme for a global consumer electronics brand.

This is a commercially focused leadership role with responsibility for delivering weekly, monthly and quarterly sales performance across a major UK retail estate.

Working directly with the client, you will spend time in their offices most weeks, reviewing performance, shaping retail strategy and identifying opportunities to drive sales growth, market share and retailer engagement.

You will lead a team of experienced managers who are responsible for a large retail sales team, ensuring ambitious sales targets are achieved across the UK.

This is a hybrid role split between home majority / client offices / retail stores

Key Responsibilities

  • Own sales, revenue and market share performance.
  • Lead weekly and monthly business reviews with the client.
  • Analyse performance data and turn insight into action.
  • Develop strategies to improve retail sales performance.
  • Lead and develop a team of experienced retail leaders.
  • Influence senior retail and client stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement across the retail programme.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience owning sales performance within retail, consumer electronics, technology or telecommunications.
  • Strong commercial and analytical capability.
  • Experience leading managers and large field-based sales teams.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
