Class 2 (LGV / HGV) Driver – Immediate Start – PaisleyDue to increased demand from a new customer in Paisley, Driver Hire Paisley is currently recruiting a Class 2 HGV Driver for an immediate start.This is a key role within the operation, requiring a reliable, self-motivated driver who is comfortable working independently and supporting yard operations when required.The RoleYou will be responsible for carrying out safe and efficient deliveries to various sites across the region. When not out on deliveries, yard work will be required. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential.Key Responsibilities Drive and operate a Class 2 (LGV / HGV) vehicleMake safe, compliant deliveries to multiple locationsAssist with yard duties when not on the roadConduct daily vehicle checks and basic maintenanceComplete all required paperwork accuratelyAdhere to all company, safety, and regulatory guidelines Requirements Valid Class 2 (LGV / HGV) licenceDriver CPC cardMaximum of 6 penalty pointsFlexible, reliable, and safety-conscious approach to work Pay & Benefits PAYE rate: £14 to £28 per hourHoliday pay accruedPension contributionsAll PAYE and National Insurance paid directly to HMRC What Driver Hire Can OfferDriver Hire is the UK’s largest specialist transport and logistics recruitment company.
