Working as part of a collaborative team of architects, interior designers, and development professionals, you’ll play an important role in shaping the interiors of high-quality residential projects from the earliest concept stages through to detailed design development.

The role position sits at the heart of the creative process, with a particular emphasis on interior architecture/design, concept development, 3D modelling, visualisation, and design development. The team is looking for someone who genuinely enjoys exploring design directions, and bringing spaces to life through thoughtful modelling, rendering, and material development.

This role would suit someone who is passionate about residential design, enjoys working in a highly creative environment, and has a strong appreciation for both design quality and how great ideas are translated into reality.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with architects, interior designers, and project teams to translate design briefs into creative and practical solutions.
  • Explore and develop multiple design options through 3D modelling and visualisation.
  • Produce high-quality Rhino models and rendered imagery to communicate design intent and support project decision-making.
  • Develop interior concepts for apartments, communal spaces, residential amenities, kitchens, bathrooms, joinery, and bespoke design elements.
  • Create presentation materials for internal reviews, client presentations, and design workshops.
  • Assist with the development of material palettes, finishes, FF&E concepts, and interior detailing.
  • Support the coordination of design information and collaborate with wider project teams throughout the design process.
  • Contribute to design narratives, specifications, schedules, and presentation documentation.
  • Research and source materials, finishes, products, and design references to support project development.

Requirements & Experience:

  • A degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related design discipline.
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates excellent residential interior design work and outstanding 3D modelling skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Rhino and V-Ray.
  • Excellent visualisation abilities, including lighting, material application, texturing, and composition.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
  • A genuine passion for residential interiors, design quality, and materiality.
  • An understanding of how design concepts develop into deliverable project solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience with ArchiCAD, Grasshopper, or Unreal Engine would be beneficial but is not essential.

The role is 4 days office and 1 day wfh.
