We are recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded law firm seeking a confident and personable conveyancing professional to join its thriving Residential Property department. You will take ownership of a varied and busy residential conveyancing caseload, managing matters from instruction through to completion while delivering exceptional service to clients. Handling a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, you will be managing sales, purchase, remortgages, transfers of equity and other residential property matters.nnTHE CANDIDATE:nAs the successful Residential Property Lawyer you will be able to demonstrate strong residential conveyancing experience and possess the ability to manage a caseload independently. With strong organisational and communication skills you will have a proactive approach to your work and have a positive, team-focused attitude along with a commitment to delivering high standards of service. You will have at least 2 years PQE in handling your own caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion.
