Senior Conveyancing Assistant / Conveyancing Paralegal – Bramhall – Up to £30,000nnA highly regarded and established law firm in Bramhall is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Conveyancing Assistant / Conveyancing Paralegal to support a Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor on a busy caseload.nThis is an excellent opportunity for either an ambitious paralegal or a senior conveyancing assistant/secretary.nnThe Role:nWorking one-to-one with a Senior Solicitor, you will assist with a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. KeynnResponsibilities include:nLiaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and solicitors.nManaging residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion.nDrafting legal documents, correspondence and completion statements.nPreparing completion packs and supporting exchange and completion processes.nSubmitting searches and reviewing conveyancing documentation.nUpdating case management systems and maintaining accurate client records.nProviding high-level support on complex residential property transactions.nnRequirements:nAt least 2 years’ experience within a UK residential conveyancing department.nExperience assisting on freehold and leasehold conveyancing transactions.nStrong organisational skills and attention to detail.nExcellent communication skills with clients and third parties.nA proactive approach and genuine interest in developing a long-term conveyancing career.nnBenefits:nSalary up to £30,000 DOE.nWork directly with an experienced Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor.
