Your new role As a Working Site Foreman / Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a small team while remaining hands-on throughout the project.
Duties will include: Supervising labourers and coordinating day-to-day site activityStripping off external wall tiles and assisting with demolition worksPreparing surfaces for re-renderingMaintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environmentEnsuring work progresses in line with schedule and quality expectations This is a working foreman role, so you will be expected to lead from the front and get actively involved in the work.
What you’ll need to succeed Proven experience as a Site Foreman or Supervisor within refurbishment or external worksStrong willingness to be hands-on and work alongside labourersGood awareness of site organisation, tidiness, and H&S Essential tickets: SSSTS or SMSTSFirst Aid at WorkIPAFPASMA You will also need to present well, be reliable, and demonstrate strong communication skills. xwzovoh
