We are seeking an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor/Legal Executive with at least 1 year of PQE to join our growing team. The role involves acting for clients who have suffered serious injuries as a result of personal injury and clinical negligence, as well as supporting our private client team.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a diverse caseload of Court of Protection matters
• Providing sensitive and empathic support to clients
• Adopting a flexible, proactive approach and continuous professional development
• Collaborating with a close‑knit, like‑minded team

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of PQE as a Court of Protection Lawyer
• Strong interpersonal skills with empathy and sensitivity
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
