Day-to-day duties
Within this Commercial Litigation Solicitor role, you’ll take ownership of a varied caseload while also working closely with colleagues on more complex matters. Your work will include:

- Advising on a wide range of commercial disputes, including contract claims, shareholder and partnership disputes, director conflicts, professional negligence, and breach of warranty
t
- Handling matters involving commercial supply agreements, media/PR disputes, and restrictive covenant or confidentiality breaches
t
- Managing cases from initial instruction through to resolution, including client communication and liaison with courts, tribunals, and third parties
t
- Supporting new business intake and contributing to wider team initiatives and planning
t
- Collaborating across departments on multi-disciplinary matters and projects
t
- Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development activities
About You
You’ll be a personable and commercially minded Commercial Litigation Solicitor who enjoys working as part of a team and delivering practical solutions.
t
- Qualified Solicitor with 0-2 years PQE within Commercial Litigation – if you are at a NQ level, you will need at least 6 months experience at a Paralegal level or have completed a Commercial Litigation seat during your Training Contract

- Ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines effectively

- Strong communication skills, with a client-focused approach
