Overview

As a Site Maintenance Technician / Handyman, you will play a crucial and dynamic role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities. Your responsibilities will be diverse and responsive, with no two days being the same. This role requires a proactive and adaptable individual who can address a wide range of maintenance needs.

Location: Witney

Pay rate: £40,000 per year

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm

Responsibilities

• General Site Maintenance: performing minor repairs on building structures, including walls, doors, and windows.
• Conduct routine checks and light maintenance on plumbing and electrical systems.
• Install and mount various fixtures and equipment, such as televisions.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Maintain maintenance logging and documentation using the computerized maintenance management system: accurately logging and tracking all incoming requests; maintain organized record of all logs.
• Manage and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously based on urgency and importance.
• Adapt to a constantly changing work environment and handle unexpected issues with efficiency and professionalism.
• Communicate effectively with staff and other departments to understand and address their maintenance needs.
