Due to continue success and new market technology both companies are looking for an experienced telesales individual to bring new business to both organisations.
This is a part time role (initially) with flexible hours to suit, in addition we will offer a great hourly rate with excellent commission structure for the right person.
ResponsibilitiesContact potential customers to inform them about our products & servicesAnswer questions about products or the companyAsk questions to understand customer requirementsDirect prospects to the field sales team when neededEnter and update customer information in the databaseHandle objection & turn negatives into positivesGo the “extra mile” to generate future salesKeep records of calls and sales and note useful informationMain responsibility will be to set appointments for sales teamReport all activity and success to Head of Sales
RequirementsProven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service roleProven track record of successfully setting appointments preferably over the phoneGood understanding of (CRM software) and telephone systemsAbility to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospectsExcellent knowledge of EnglishExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCool-tempered and able to handle rejectionOutstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
