JOB TITLE: Commercial Gas Engineer

LOCATION: Surrey and London

SALARY: £45K – £55k (dependent on qualifications and experience) van, fuelcard, overtime,

JOB INFORMATION – Commercial Gas Engineer / Mechanical Engineer

  • Based from home and working on a mobile basis you would be responsible for carrying out maintenance and repair on a wide range of commercial gas systems and mechanical / plantroom maintenance
  • You would be responsible for carrying out PPM Schedules and meeting set KPI Targets covering high end apartments blocks (communial heating systems) and offices.
  • 24 hour rota for emergency call out 1 in 7
  • 23 days annual leave,

  • CANDIDATE INFORMATION – Commercial Gas Engineer / mechanical engineer

  • Recognised industry qualifications including ACS tickets
  • Good customer services skills, well-presented and articulate
  • Ability to diagnose and repair faults on commercial gas systems and mechanical systems
  • Experience of working on HVAC maintenance contracts previously would be advantegious but is not essential
